If you have any issues with your order such as the wrong size, defects, overall quality issues please reach out to us through our contact form for a refund or replacement. We stand by our products and seek 100% satisfaction.

I need to change my order!

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at CONTACT@HTLDESIGNS.COM as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Hurry! There’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. E-mail contact@htldesigns.com and we’ll do our best to work some magic for you.

How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on it’s journey to you.

I’d like to place a custom order.

If you love our designs, but want them printed on different products and/or on different colors please reach out to us through our contact form to make an official request.

Help! My package is missing!

If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at contact@htldesigns.com and we’ll help track it down!

What are your shipping options?

Our printers are located in the United States and ship only within the US using USPS. Shipping is always free. :)

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you want to peer into the crystal ball to see when your order will arrive, email us at contact@htldesigns.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it. Your order should ship within a few days and then take roughly a week to arrive.

Faux Suede Square Pillow

Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

Backpack, bag

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfiber cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).
